  • "We," "us," "our" refers to RabbitUs.

  • "You," "your," "customer" refers to the person using our website or purchasing our products.

  • "Products" refers to pure breed rabbits (buck and doe) for meat purposes.

  • "Services" refers to consultations, farm guidance, and information provided by us.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us via phone/WhatsApp, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

4. Products and Services

4.1. Pure Breed Rabbits

We offer pure breed buck and doe rabbits specifically for meat production. All rabbits are:

  • Raised with organic feeding practices

  • Healthy and well-cared for

  • Pure breed with verified genetics

4.2. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice

  • We may limit quantities sold per customer

4.3. Services

We provide guidance and consultation regarding rabbit care, housing, and breeding. This information is based on our experience and is provided as guidance only.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in [Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL) / US Dollar (USD)] (client specify karein)

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you immediately

5.2. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer / Cash on Pickup / EcoCash / etc.

  • Full payment is required before delivery/pickup unless prior arrangements are made

  • All payments must be cleared before release of products

6. Orders and Booking

6.1. How to Order

Orders can be placed through:

  • Your order is confirmed when we contact you directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

6.3. Booking and Deposits

  • Some orders may require a deposit to confirm booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your order

7. Delivery and Pickup

7.1. Pickup

  • Customers can pick up rabbits directly from our farm in Zimbabwe

  • Pickup location will be provided upon order confirmation

  • You are responsible for providing suitable transport for the rabbits

7.2. Delivery

  • We may offer delivery services within Zimbabwe and select Southern African countries

  • Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7.3. Shipping to Southern Africa

For customers in Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, and Namibia:

  • You are responsible for complying with your country's import regulations

  • We are not liable for any customs delays, charges, or rejections

  • Health certificates and export documentation will be provided as required

8. Health and Guarantee

8.1. Animal Health

We take great care in raising healthy rabbits. Upon pickup/delivery:

  • All rabbits are healthy and active to the best of our knowledge

  • Rabbits are fed organically and raised in clean conditions

  • You are responsible for providing suitable transport for the rabbits

8.2. Limited Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour health guarantee from the time of pickup/delivery:

  • If the rabbit shows signs of severe illness within 48 hours, please contact us immediately

  • We may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund at our discretion

  • This guarantee does not cover injuries caused during transport, improper handling, or existing conditions at the time of purchase
     

8.3. No Guarantee After 48 Hours

After 48 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the rabbit's health and care.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

9.1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders canceled before pickup/delivery: Deposit is non-refundable

  • Orders canceled on the day of pickup/delivery: 50% cancellation fee applies

  • No-shows: Full payment forfeited

9.2. Cancellation by RabbitUs

If we cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (rabbit health issues, etc.), we will offer:

  • Full refund, or

  • Replacement when available

9.3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount

10. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when ordering

  • Arrange suitable transport and housing for the rabbits

  • Provide proper care, food, and water after receiving the rabbits

  • Comply with all local laws regarding rabbit ownership and meat processing

  • Not hold RabbitUs responsible for any issues arising after the 48-hour guarantee period

11. Animal Welfare Statement

At RabbitUs, we are committed to ethical and humane treatment of all our rabbits. We expect our customers to:

  • Provide proper housing, food, and water

  • Handle rabbits with care and respect

  • Process humanely if using for meat, following local regulations

  • Seek veterinary care if needed

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law:

  • RabbitUs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Death or illness of rabbits after 48 hours

    • Breeding failures or low meat yield

    • Transport-related stress or injury

    • Customer's failure to properly care for rabbits

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of RabbitUs and may not be used without our written permission.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.

16. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

  • First, contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably

  • If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Zimbabwe

  • If mediation fails, the dispute will be referred to the Zimbabwean courts

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RabbitUs regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
